How to Get a 6-Pack of Abs

Want a 6-pack of abs? Less is More.

People tend to think they need to do 1,000 crunches in order to get 6-pack abs. However, people tend to lose their form because they try to do more crunches than they actually can.

When doing crunches, form is key. The slower you go, the more likely you are to keep your correct form and keep the muscles activated. In essence, doing 100 crunches the right way is better than doing 1,000 crunches with bad form.

Start out slow and don't focus on the number of crunches, but instead, focus on your form. This will help you build more ab muscles.

If you have little to no fat, then all you need to do is build the muscles. However, if you already have a large amount of fat on your stomach, crunches alone will not get you a six pack. You will need to combine fat burning cardio and a low calorie intake diet with your muscle building routines.
