Don't Deprive Yourself Through Dieting!

Taking in less calories than you burn is exactly how you lose weight. However, it's a delicate balance because if you don't take in enough calories a day, you body could go into starvation mode.

When the body enters starvation mode it begins to store fat. And as we all know, fat is harder to burn than carbohydrates.So by trying to eat less and lose weight, you instead end up building more fat.

Try to eat 5 small meals a day. This will help you control portion sizes and keep you from feeling too hungry which can lead to over eating. And most importantly, don't skip any meals!
