Diets For Weight loss

Diets don't really work because they are temporary. You can only deny yourself for so long before you end up gorging on the forbidden treat.

If you really want to lose weight you have to make a lifestyle change. You have to start enjoying eating healthy and if you really want a treat you have to allow yourself to have it. Maybe once a week or so and soon you might no longer crave it anymore.

I tried weight watchers with my mom one time and that is a pretty good program. It basically has a formula for taking all the calories and etc in food into consideration and then assigning it a point value. You can have only so many points in a day and therefore you can lose weight.

It's a good program and it definitely works. However, after awhile I got tired of counting points and so I stopped it.
