Fasting Journal - Day 10 - Breaking the Fast

Today for breakfast more fruit. For lunch a salad with tomatoes and carrots. I am stuffed at lunch by a small salad. I feel better today. More energy. Keeping hydrated with water!

For dinner, I had more fruit and a 3 bean salad. Ate way too much bean salad and my stomach was killing me.

I had to go for a walk to help digestion. Walked around my neighborhood and was awesome. I saw a baby snake on the
sidewalk.

I also walked right by a frozen custard shop and did not feel tempted! I feel a bit more in control of my urges and cravings now, which is amazing! And now I crave healthy things and I am snacking on healthy foods.

I think breaking the fast is just as important as fasting. The foods that you eat after fasting will be the ones you start to crave because your mind associates it with that awesome warm feeling.

Also waiting to eat in the morning until you are really hungry is great. It helps your digestive system clean out all the junk from the day before and the night time. Then when its ready you can fill it back up.

I find drinking tea helps you wait and you don't feel hungry. It's awesome! I haven't felt depressed one time during all this. Angry and hungry but not depressed so that is cool too.
