Fasting Journal - Final Day (Day 11) Breaking The Fast

Today I woke up and was a little tired. I drank tea at 10am and am now eating my fruit. Bean salad for lunch and dinner might be more fruit or possible pasta and veggies.

Tomorrow we are going to a vegan/vegetarian place to eat out for the first time. I'm excited to try it out!

I get to eat cooked food for the first time tomorrow! Woot woot!


Recap of My Fasting Experience

The fast is now complete. Now I have 30 days vegan and 30 days no alcohol to go!

This fast helped to reset my mind. It gave me a chance to catch up to my life and process all the events that have taken place.

I also am changing my relationship with food and breaking my addition to sugar. I'll do my best to avoid high fructose corn syrup and other bad stuff. That means finding a new ketchup - that stuff is loaded with sugar.

I am positive overall about this new journey and hope to accomplish all of my dreams and goals! on my way to being happier and healthier!

I am so proud of myself for doing this and I realize just how strong I am.

As you can tell from reading this I was up and down, up and down. It was a roller coaster of a ride baby, but one that was definitely worth it! I am proud I lasted 7 days for my first fast and next year I plan to do the same thing all over again.
