Fitness Tip 1: Find out what motivates you.
The trick to getting fit is finding out how to motivate yourself. Once you are motivated working out is easy.
And as you get more fit, working out becomes even easier but you HAVE to stay motivated. Sometimes it's as simple as switching up your workouts.
Fitness Tip 2: Switch up your workout routine to keep it from being boring and repetitive (because that will kill your motivation).
Mix in some sports with your weight training routine. Jog a new route or with a friend if you typically jog alone. Just get up and get moving!
Fitness Tip 3: Start small - don't go all out in your first workout if you haven't done physical activity in a long time.
Fitness Tip 4: Limit or eliminate alcohol from your diet. Excessive drinking is not only bad for your liver, but it also has an effect on your waistline.
