100 Push ups Training Plan

Push ups are one of the best full body and core workouts out there. And I'm not talking girly pushups either. You have to do them the proper way with the proper form.

Push ups are great for your core muscles as well as your chest, biceps and triceps. And the best thing about push ups is there's no fancy expensive equipment necessary.

Everyone can do push ups at their home and with this plan in just 6 weeks you should be able to do 100 push ups.

The training program is called One Hundred Pushups. I feel the program goes a little fast so you might need to double back and redo a week. Don't think of this as a set back, it's just getting your muscles stronger before you move on to the next step.

This training program works for all fitness levels, even those who can't do 10 push ups. I'm not sure if someone who can't do 10 pushups will complete this program in six weeks, however if you stick with the program and repeat some weeks, anything is possible.
