Disney Marathon at the end of this month! This is the last part of the work load and you are going to be ready for this. Still think we set up a 3:15 marathon pace.

no watch, not timing, ran about 6:45 miles, after 9 miles felt good and ran faster, final time about 1:26:40, could have started faster i guess
