| Marathon Training Plan: Run A Marathon in Just 4 Months
Ever dream of running a marathon? Are you considering running a marathon, but don't know how to train for one?
If the answer is yes to any of the above questions, check out this four month marathon training program. Ingo (pictured right) used this plan to run the Disney marathon and finished in 3 hours and 17 minutes. And this was his first marathon ever.
Ingo was in shape, however, before starting this plan. This marathon training plan assumes you are able to run 6 to 7 miles with relative ease.
If you are a complete running novice, try the couch to 5k plan and then try a 10k running plan. After completing those two, you can move on to this marathon training plan.
